Philip Levens is a gifted TV author, maker, and showrunner. He experienced childhood in up in Lubbock, Texas, and went to The University of Texas in Austin before moving to Los Angeles. He began his vocation as an author/maker on the CW's "Smallville," CBS's "Wolf Lake," Fox's "Night Visions," and NBC's new "Knight Rider." And he was chief maker, alongside Jennifer Lopez, on Paramount's "South Beach."
